Dinghy sailing (beginners)
Start Sailing (7 &
14 April 2012) - A very special offer This is a
two-day course on which the club is teaching some young members to be Assistant
Instructors. By being a realistic ‘customer’ for them to teach, you are helping
us and them enormously. That’s why we don’t charge for the course if you are a
club member. If you’re not a club member, there’s a temporary membership fee of
£20, which is refundable if you later join the club. If you enjoy this course,
you could follow it up with a 3-day Basic Skills module, which will take you to
being confident to take a boat out without an instructor in light winds.
Start Sailing (26 May & 2 June 2012) a two-day coursefor absolute beginners
Start Sailing (16 & 23 June 2012) a two-day course for absolute
beginners
Basic Skills (7,
14 & 28 July 2012) this three-day course follows on from Start
Sailing, or if you have previously sailed a little.
Basic Skills (8, 15
& 22 September 2012) this three-day course follows on from Start Sailing, or if you have
previously sailed a little.
Dinghy sailing (advanced)
Start Racing (16 & 23 June 2012) You must have Basic Skills
(or Level 2) sailing ability to do this course.
