RYA Beginners’ courses - Start Sailing

Module Dates:        A two-day course – Saturdays 7 and 14 April 2012

A very special offer –  This is a two-day course on which the club's Senior Instructors are teaching some young members to be Assistant Instructors.  By being a realistic ‘customer’ for them to teach, you are helping us and them enormously.  That’s why we don’t charge for the course if you are a club member.  If you’re not a club member, there’s a temporary membership fee of £20, which is refundable if you later join the club.  If you would like a logbook and a Start Sailing certificate at the end of the course, it will cost you £7.

If you enjoy this course, you could follow it up with a 3-day Basic Skills module, which will take you to being confident to take a boat out without an instructor in light winds.
