If you are unable to perform your duty:
1. Arrange a swap. Phone as many people as it takes to set it up. THIS IS YOUR RESPONSIBILTY, not someone else's
2. When you have arranged a swap, inform the appropriate Duty Officer (listed below), preferably by e-mail
3. In an emergency get in touch with the Duty Co-ordinator, who may be able to help
